Architect Henri Derée, designed in 1926 this beautiful house of Arts & Crafts influence. Asymmetrical facade in white plaster and bricks (now painted white), small windows of different sizes and shapes.
Semicircular garage door, a shape that is also found above the entrance door and the spur oriel window.
The entrance door is framed by two sturdy faceted pillars, and surmounted by a matching drip edge.
