This modernist house is a surprising testimony, dating from 1928, which has withstood the shovel of developers and is surrounded by more recent buildings from the 1960s to 2000 !

Attributed to architect Jasinski, it incorporates all the codes of that time, white plaster facade, rounded balconies, metal frames (visibly period) and turret on the flat roof terrace.

Long occupied by architectural firm Catherine Dachy and Dominique Nihoul who transformed it, however without altering the facade, which has been preserved and well restored.
