Another house so typical to architect Louis Tenearts, built in 1936 on avenue Coghen, where Tenaerts designed nearly 16 Modernist houses and no less than 30 houses throughout the district through the CIB, Comptoir Immobilier Belge, of which he was one of the main architects.
This one presents this daring corner "tower" that makes it so special.
Two other houses in the avenue, at No.28 and 40, have the same towers.
The top floor was completely modified by the last owners at the end of the 2010s, extending the corner tower with great control.
