The Avenue Coghen is definitely a real catalog of Art Deco and Modernist houses.
This one, of unknown architect and year of construction, has a very geometric facade, in white painted plaster.
Integrated planters adorn the large windows on the ground and first floors.
On the second floor, the banded windows cover the entire width of the building.
Only curved element, the beautiful entrance door under a semicircular arch.
