Built by Ixelles born architect Albert Roosenboom in 1900, this house is one of the finest examples of Art Nouveau in the capital.
The sgraffito are attributed to artist Privat-Livemont.
The sculpted details are exceptional as evidenced by the letterbox elegantly connected to the shoe scraper.
Unfortunately in a terrible state, uninhabited and abandoned for a few years (2021).
It was classified in December 1981.
