Modernist-style mansion built in 1926 by architect Jean-Jules Eggericx, commissioned by Petrucci’s widow, originally consisting of two apartments. The first occupied by Madame Petrucci, the second by her daughter Clairette and her stepson Marcel Wolfers.
Urban architecture typical of the interwar period, inspired by "Amsterdam School".
Apart from the color of the window frames, no alteration occurred on the entire facade.
