Modernist house designed by architect Louis-Herman De Koninck, for the very important contemporary art collector and talent-discoverer, Philippe Dotremont.
Completed in 1932. Far ahead of his time, De Koninck created a very discreet facade.
Behind this façade, the architect designed a vast interior space divided into three levels, the first two of which are treated as duplexes generously lit by a glazed wall and a skylight. Unfortunately, it cannot be visited.
Listed house since April 1977
