Beautiful bourgeois house, designed by architect Jean De Ligne in 1923, in an eclectic, pre-modernist style, for Miss Mullier, a dance teacher who ran her school on the ground floor.

Curious arrangement of the two entrance doors, the main one and the student entrance door, side by side.

Jean De Ligne, was professor at the Institut de la Cambre from 1936, with Henry Van de Velde, Jean Eggericx and Huib Hoste, all great theorists of modern architecture.
