Vast modernist building, designed in 1939 by Yvan Blomme, for Maurice Sand (his father-in-law), completed in 1941.
Originally, it had two luxury duplexes, a concierge and two garages.
A 5th floor was added in the 2000s.
Very well restored and maintained, it now houses both apartments and offices.
