Located on the Rond Point de l'Etoile, this Modernist-style apartment building was designed in 1936 by architect Jean Florian Collin, who was at the same time promoter and builder through his company Etrimo, he also built “Le Tonneau” 3 years later near the Ixelles ponds.

The great originality of the building lies in the glazed corner rotunda that connects the two side façades.

Between 1928 and 1936, three remarkable corner buildings were built in the Modernist style on this intersection.

The original steel frames have almost all been replaced by PVC frames, which is a pity.
