Following the construction of his personal house at No. 25, Raoul Brunswyck designed, in this region of Brussels, a large number of apartment buildings and single-family homes on the same pattern
Witness the neighboring houses, all built on the same plan, upper floor over garage, entrance decorated with an original decorative panel, use of decorative stones or bricks, sculpture in the garden, etc.
Brunswijck worked with architect Odon Wathelet.
No. 31, built in 1965 together with Odon Wathelet, to house their offices, has large bay windows and a worked concrete frame.
A concrete sculpture by Walter De Buck decorates the garden.
The building now houses municipal services.
Also worth noting is the corner building just next door, also designed by Brunswyck, unfortunately in less good condition.
