Another row house, designed by Raoul Brunswyck in 1955, a little different from his other creations of the time.
Usual elevation, garage and entrance on the ground floor, “bel étage” on the first floor and bedrooms on the second.
In this realization, the first floor is lit by small windows, and not by a large bay window as he will design them in the following years.
Great care is taken with the railings, and the entrance flanked by a wall of glass bricks.
Nice signature in the stone. Garage door replaced.
