Interesting 3 apartments building, designed in 1934 by René Delbecq, who is also the author of several other houses in this street, recognizable by his signature but also by this golden and black mosaics frieze that adorn the edges of the columns and the higher part on the ground floor.

Entrance and garage doors, frame colors, signature and street numbers seem to be all original.
