Architect Plétinckx opted for a facade full of recesses and projections, playing on the alternation of bricks and "cimorné" (ornate cement), a material obtained by crushing colored glass poured in fresh cement.

It was an afordable material that had its effect and was very popular during the Art Deco period.

The great originality of this modest facade seduced us.
