Pretty modernist facade, designed in 1931 by architect André Mineur.
Great simplicity for this terraced house, with its rounded bow window, divided in three windows on the first floor and two windows on the second floor.
A beautiful masonry work of crossed bricks decorates this part.
The ground floor is built on sturdy rounded columns in hard stone.
Good state of preservation, and recent non-degrading restoration.
