Built in 1939, architect unknown, this beautiful facade applies all Modernist architecture’s codes.

Beautiful yellow bricks and black tiles combination, very neat entrance gate, large bow window, integrated planter.

Everything is well proportioned. The building has recently been restored with great care.

A level was added without altering the original design.
