Located on the Square des Archiducs, and part of the Floréal garden city, this vast social apartment building was designed by architect Josse Mouton in 1930.

He was the chief architect of the whole garden city.

The style is modernist, an alternation of light and dark bricks, red and black window frames, dynamize the facade.

Completely ravaged by time and lack of maintenance, the buildings have been masterfully restored by Beliris, this project lasted 10 long years, but the result is remarkable.

44 new apartments have been created, responding to the comfort and environmental requirements of the 21st century.
