Louis Tenaerts is probably the most prolific architect and promotor of his time, having built over 1,500 homes in fifty years!
In the Coghen district alone, among the seventeen listed houses of Tenaerts, one can admire several of these spectacular Streamline style facades built between 1920 and 1935.
This one was built in 1933, and has a surprising rounded turret, and a pergola on the top floor.
