Double corner house overlooking a roundabout, designed by Jacques Obozinski in 1931, in a modernist style, quite futuristic for the time.
The two symmetrical bow windows perfectly match the angle formed by rue Nestor Plissart and rue Emile Lacomblé. Have a closer look to the street number 30, originally drawn.
The building located on avenue Emile Lacomblé was transformed in 1953, adding a floor, by the architect Jean De Ligne.
