Designed in 1935, by building contractor Cappelle in a Modernist style with streamline accents, this vast corner villa features a superb high sculpted floral bas-relief.
The two facades surrounding the angle are not symmetrical, a bow-window adorns that of the rue des Mimosas, while the Héliotropes side has a glazed staircase.
On top floor, a large covered terrace, flanked by two round windows, overlooks the crossroads.
The flat roof is bordered by balustrades which accentuate the streamline style of the villa. Like its neighbors opposite at 44 and further at 63, they used yellow bricks.
The whole is in very good condition.
