Located on the Boulevard du Souverain, these two semi-detached villas designed by architect Louis Hoebeke in 1933 caught our attention, because they are very typical of this Modernist style of the 1930s.
The villa at No.74, has many features, large rounded terraces, lined with typical tubular railings, reminiscent of a pleasure yacht.
