Admirable house designed in 1905 by architect Arthur Nelissen, of Dutch origin.
It was his personal home, incorporating all the quite flamboyant Art Nouveau characteristics. Extraordinary and majestic rounded balcony in the center, ironwork and enamelled bricks make up this remarkable facade.
The house is perfectly restored and maintained. It is surrounded by a series of bourgeois houses from the same period which deserve attention.
Building classified in February 2006.
