A true masterpiece of the rationalist architect, with its round windows and tubular railings, its high window illuminating the stairwell.

The design is very modern, still relevant today.

Remarkable interplay of volumes which fit together in harmony.

It was restored to the state of the art in 2008, regaining all its former splendor.
