In the Observatory district, architects Alexis Dumont and Marcel Van Goethem designed this beautiful Modernist house in 1937.
Very balanced facade, and rotunda at the rear overlooking the garden.
The house is classified since April 1999.
Architects Dumont and Van Goethem are best known for designing monumental buildings, such as the Citroën garage, now converted into a contemporary art museum, the Center Pompidou Kanal which should open in 2023, or the Shell building on rue Ravenstein.
