Built in 1912 to plans by architect Jean Coppieters, this beautiful, picturesque, eclectic-style façade is worth a detour.
It has recently been completely restored (2018).
The facade had been painted white from top to bottom, removing all of its original appeal. After restauration, it found the red bricks and white stone alternation, the ornate balconies painted in green, and this magnificent sgraffito depicting hydrangeas remade on the basis of period documents.
Fortunately saved by the last owner who decided to revive this facade.
A real Renaissance !
