Designed in 1962 by architect Roger De Winter, specializing in the creation of modern cubist houses with clean lines.
This one, Zonnewende villa, has had the chance to survive the years thanks to careful owners. It has a large balcony which acts as an awning over the main entrance and the recessed garage.
Large bay windows let in plenty of light.
We find here all the characteristics of these sixties houses, whitewashed walls, walls in varnished wooden slats, horizontal windows, large terraces.
Even after 70 years, the concept is very contemporary.
