Built in 1926, this house, attributed to Jean Combaz (also author of the Ste Suzanne Church in Schaerbeek) is quite atypical among the other buildings on the avenue.
Atypical due to the imposing four-sided roof overhanging the facade. By its asymmetrical facade, in white plaster, which consists of small windows, one of which is a spur, an octagonal shaped one, and an anachronistic coat of arms.
And look at this simple column that supports the left of the front door canopy.
Lots of things breaking the rules, but the result is a lovely house full of charm!
